About Renew
Renew is a quiet place to meet God in Scripture — right where you are. Tell it how your heart is, and it sits with you in a passage chosen for the moment, read aloud and unhurried.
Why we made it
Most of us open the Bible with a plan or a search box. Renew starts somewhere more honest: with how you actually arrive — anxious, grateful, weary, hopeful. From there it offers a passage suited to that moment, narrated in a warm voice, gently unpacked, and set into a short time of stillness. The aim isn't to add another task to your day, but to make room in it — an ancient practice, made unhurried.
How it works
- Name the moment. Choose the feeling you're carrying today.
- Hear the Word. Receive a fitting passage, read aloud, with context and a brief reflection a tap away.
- Sit with it. Continue into a short guided meditation wrapped in gentle ambient sound — or simply be still.

How Renew is sustained
Renew is a small independent product in the United States. It is supported by an optional subscription (Renew Pro), never by ads or by selling what you share. What you bring to Renew, whether it's how your heart is feeling or a prayer you write, is treated as personal and used only to serve you. You can read exactly how in our Privacy Policy.
Our editorial approach
Renew's public guides are prepared and reviewed by the Renew product team. Faith guidance stays centered on Scripture, avoids presenting one Christian tradition as the only tradition, and distinguishes devotional support from medical or mental-health care. Product comparisons use public websites and store listings, disclose when facts were checked, and are corrected when the underlying products change.
